Luminous Thread

In January, 2015, the production company Luminous Thread was absorbed by Inventing Earth. Luminous Thread will now function as an educational program of Inventing Earth to facilitate the creation of original shows using the production workshop method of combining veteran artists with early career professionals, fulfilling our mission of fostering the transmission of creative practices across generational, cultural, and disciplinary boundaries. Luminous Thread music theatre and opera incorporate sculpture, design, world music and movement forms, circus, non-traditional and avant garde performing arts. Luminous Thread moved to Colorado in 2012 and has produced three full-length original shows in Boulder, Denver, and Boston.
